摘要
口腔颌面结构复杂,缺损部位形态随机,对植入体或修复体的个性化要求相当高,3D打印技术为制造个性化钛金属植入物提供了新的选择。通过对植入体表面进行改性,可增加材料表面粗糙度,促进种植体与骨的结合,促进细胞的粘附增殖及成骨,使其表面形态、生物学性能更符合临床应用的需求。作为一种理想的种植体,3D打印钛在口腔领域具有广泛的应用前景。
Because of the complex structure of the oral maxillofaciais and the random morphology of the defect parts,the personalized requirements for implants or prostheses are quite high.3D printing technology offers a new option for making personalized titanium implants.Modifying the implant surface,can increase the surface roughness of the material,promote the combination of implant and bone,and promote the adhesion,proliferation,osteogenesis of cells,so that the surface morphology and biological performance of the implant can meet the requirements of clinical application.As an ideal implant,3D printing titanium has a wide application prospect in the oral cavity field.
