分析微创手术应用于脊柱骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者中的有效性及安全性

Analyze the Efficacy and Safety of Minimally Invasive Surgery in Patients with Spinal Osteoporotic Compression Fractures

目的探讨微创手术对于脊柱骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者的临床治疗效果和安全性。方法选择于2019年10月至2020年8月在我院治疗脊柱骨质疏松压缩性骨折的患者200例为研究对象,随机平均分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,对照组使用传统开放手术对脊柱骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者进行治疗,观察组则使用微创手术对脊柱骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者进行治疗,记录两组患者的临床疗效。结果通过实验数据分析,观察组的治疗总有效率(93.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),并发症的发生几率(8.00%)低于对照组(18.00%)。实验数据进行比较,具有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论使用微创手术对于脊柱骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者具有很好的临床效果,且安全性更高,值得推广和使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of minimally invasive surgery for patients with spinal osteoporotic compression fractures.Methods Two hundred patients with osteoporotic compression fractures in our hospital from October 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive surgery The clinical effects of the two groups were recorded.Results Through the analysis of experimental data,the total effective rate of the observation group (93.00%) was higher than that of the control group (84.00%),and the incidence of complications (8.00%) was lower than that of the control group (18.00%).Compared with the experimental data,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of minimally invasive surgery for patients with spinal osteoporotic compression fractures has a good clinical effect,and higher safety,worthy of promotion and use.
