不同浓度罗哌卡因联合气囊仿生助产术对分娩的效果观察

摘要 目的研究潜伏期应用不同浓度罗哌卡因联合气囊仿生助产术对产妇分娩的影响。方法将120例产妇随机分为A、B、C、D四组,四组间一般资料比较差异无统计学意义。A组产妇采用常规方式进行分娩,B、C、D组分别在气囊仿生助产分娩的基础上,于潜伏期分别应用不同浓度的罗哌卡因(0.075%、0.1%、0.125%)。观察比较四组VAS评分、产程时间、Bromage评分、新生儿Apgar评分以及不良反应发生率。结果 B、C、D三组注药后VAS评分、潜伏期时程、第一、二产程时程以及不良反应发生率方面均显著低于A组的相关指标(P<0.05),在Bromage、Apgar评分方面则显著高于A组(P<0.05);此外,B、C组的潜伏期时程较D组又有进一步降低,Bromage评分则又进一步升高,同时B组的不良反应发生率又明显低于C、D组(P<0.05)。结论在潜伏期应用0.075%罗哌卡因联合气囊仿生助产术,能更好的缩短产妇产程,减轻疼痛感以及对产妇运动神经阻滞的效果,同时还能降低不良反应发生率,有利于提高产科质量。 Objective To study the effect of different concentrations of ropivacaine combined with airbag bionics on maternal delivery during the incubation period.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of maternal were randomly divided into four groups:A,B,C,and D,the general data between the four groups were not statistically significant difference.Maternal group A was delivered in a conventional manner.In group B,C and D,ropivacaine with different concentrations (0.075%,0.1%,0.125%) was applied in the incubation period on the basis of airbag bionic delivery.To observe and compare four groups of VAS scores,labor time,Bromage score,neonatal Apgar score and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The VAS score,latency period,first and second stage of labor course,and incidence of adverse reactions in groups B,C,and D were all significantly lower than those in group A (P<0.05),the Bromage and Apgar scores were significantly higher than those of the group A (P<0.05).In addition,the latency period of group B and C was further decreased compared with group D,Bromage score was further increased,at the same time,the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was significantly lower than that in group C and D (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of 0.075% ropivacaine combined with airbag bionics during the incubation period can better shorten the maternal birth process,reduce the pain sensation and the effect on maternal motor nerve block,and at the same time reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which will help improve obstetrics.quality.
