口内数字化印模技术应用于口腔种植中的合理化建议 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析在口腔种植中应用口内数字化印模技术的效果,并提出合理化建议,推动口内数字化印模技术的发展。方法以我院医疗中心接受种植取模的100例患者作为研究对象,基于取模方式的不同,分为例数各为50的实验组和对照组,实验组应用口内数字化印模技术,对照组应用常规种植印模技术,对比两组各阶段工作时间、总时间、重新制取率和患者舒适度评分,分析口内数字化印模技术的价值和内涵,并提出有利于该项技术发展的合理化建议。结果实验组各阶段工作时间和总时间更短、重新制取率较高、患者的舒适度评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论相对于传统印模技术而言,口内数字化印模技术快捷、准确、高效,具有一定的应用价值,同时,其尚存广阔的发展和改进空间,在未来能够为患者提供更加优质的服务。 Objective To analyze the effect of the application of digital oral impression technology in oral implantation,and put forward reasonable Suggestions to promote the development of digital oral impression technology.Methods Our hospital medical center for plant modulus of 100 patients as the research object,based on the different modulus method,divided into the number of cases in the experimental group and the control group of 50,the experimental group use digital impression technology in the mouth,the control group used conventionally grown stamping technology,compared two groups of working time,total time and again in different stages of the production rate and patients’ comfort ratings,digital analysis of the mouths of stamping die technology value and connotation,and put forward reasonable suggestions conducive to the development of the technology.Results The working time and total time of the experimental group were shorter,the remanufacturing rate was higher,and the comfort score of the patients was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional imprinting technology,the in-mouth digital imprinting technology is fast,accurate and efficient,and has certain application value.At the same time,it still has broad space for development and improvement,and can provide better services for patients in the future.
