摘要
目的探讨分析对肱骨外科颈骨折患者采用经三角肌入路锁定钢板内固定治疗的临床应用效果以及安全性。方法本次研究对象均选自我院于2017年5月至2019年5月期间收治的肱骨外科颈骨折患者,共150例,按照患者的入院时间对全部患者进行平均分组,分别为观察组75例(采用经三角肌入路锁定钢板内固定治疗)以及对照组75例(采用经胸三角肌以及胸大肌间隙入路锁定钢板内固定治疗),比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的肩关节功能以及肩关节运动能力均明显好于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者术后疼痛评分明显低于对照组患者,(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于观察组患者(P<0.05)。结论根据本次研究的结果可以确认,对肱骨外科颈骨折患者采用经三角肌入路锁定钢板内固定治疗可以有效改善其肩关节功能以及肩关节运动能力,并能够很好的减轻患者的术后疼痛,防止患者在术后出现并发症问题,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of internal fixation with deltoid approach locking plate in patients with external neck fracture of humerus.Methods In this study,150 patients with external neck fracture of humerus who were admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were divided into 75 patients in the observation group (treated with internal fixation by internal fixation by internal locking plate through the deltoid approach) and 75 patients in the control group (treated with internal fixation by internal fixation by the transthoracic deltoid muscle and the pectoralis major gap approach).Results The shoulder function and shoulder motion ability of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The postoperative pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion According to the results of this study,it can be confirmed that the treatment of patients with external neck fracture of humerus by internal fixation with triceps approach locking plate can effectively improve their shoulder function and shoulder motion ability,and can reduce the postoperative pain of patients,prevent patients from complications after surgery,and have clinical popularization value.
