达格列净治疗老年糖尿病的疗效与安全性研究

Efficacy and Safety of Dapagliptin in the Treatment of Senile Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究老年糖尿病患者通过达格列净治疗的效果及安全性。方法抽取本院于2019年1月至2020年1月内科收治的老年糖尿病患者共136例,将其依循双盲随机法分为对照组(68例,实施单纯二甲双胍治疗方式)与观察组(68例,在二甲双胍的基础上加用达格列净),研究比对患者的BMI、血糖、总胆固醇水平、用药安全性等。结果两组老年糖尿病患者给药前餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组老年糖尿病患者给药后的糖化血红蛋白水平、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖更低(P<0.05)。两组给药前BMI、总胆固醇水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组老年糖尿病患者给药后的BMI、总胆固醇水平更低(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为7.35%,对照组不良反应发生率为5.88%,两组低血糖、恶心呕吐与多尿等不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论达格列净治疗对于控制患者的血糖水平,提高用药安全性等有重要的意义,疗效确切。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of dapaglizin in the treatment of elderly diabetic patients.Methods A total of 136 elderly diabetic patients in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (68 cases,the implementation of simple metformin treatment) and the observation group (68 cases,on the basis of metformin plus dapagliptin).The BMI,blood glucose,total cholesterol level and medication safety were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the level of 2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups (P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of glycosylated hemoglobin,2h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BMI and total cholesterol levels between the two groups before administration (P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the BMI and total cholesterol levels of elderly diabetic patients in the observation group were lower (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.35% in the observation group and 5.88% in the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia,nausea and vomiting and polyuria between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of dagglijing is of great significance to control the blood glucose level of patients and improve the safety of medication.
