糖尿病下肢神经病变患者马来酸桂哌齐特治疗的有效性分析

Efficacy of Cinepazide Maleate in the Treatment of Diabetic Lower Extremity Neuropathy

目的探究糖尿病下肢神经病变患者马来酸桂哌齐特治疗的有效性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年5月我院收治的糖尿病下肢神经病变患者96例,随机分成两组,每组48例,对照组进行常规治疗,研究组则在常规治疗的基础上进行马来酸桂哌齐特治疗。对比患者的临床治疗效果和机体的运动、感觉神经传导速度。结果研究组的临床治疗效果明显高于对照组,具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者的运动、感觉神经传导速度明显高于对照组,具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将马来酸桂哌齐特应用于糖尿病下肢神经病变患者的临床治疗中,可以明显改善患者机体运动、感觉神经的传导速度,促进患者的运动功能恢复,具有比较理想的临床治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of cinepazide maleate in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity neuropathy.Methods A total of 96 patients with diabetic lower extremity neuropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 48 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the study group received cinepazide maleate treatment on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment results and the motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity were compared.Results The clinical treatment effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant statistical significance (P<0.05).The motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cinepazide maleate in the clinical treatment of diabetic lower extremity neuropathy can significantly improve the conduction velocity of the body’s motor and sensory nerve,and promote the recovery of the motor function of the patients.It has an ideal clinical treatment effect and is worthy of promotion.
