药学服务对终末期肾病血液透析患者用药依从性和疗效的影响

Impact of Pharmaceutical Services on the Medication Compliance and Effectiveness for End-stage Renal Diseases Patients Following the Hemodialysis

目的研究药学服务运用于终末期肾病血液透析中的价值及对患者依从性及疗效的影响。方法选择我院2017年6月至2020年5月纳入的64例终末期肾病血液透析患者,依据随机数字表分成两组各32例,研究组给予药学服务,对照组给予常规干预,比较两组干预结果。结果研究组总有效率90.63%高出对照组68.75%(P<0.05)。用药前两组的用药依从性、用药安全认知相比无意义(P>0.05),干预后研究组各项评分均高出对照组(P<0.05)。研究组在血红蛋白、血压、血清钙的达标率上均高出对照组(P<0.05)。结论药学服务运用于终末期肾病血液透析中效果显著,不仅能够提升透析效果,同时改善患者用药依从性,且对用药安全的认知较高,促进相关指标快速达标,为预后提供保障。

Objective To study the applied value of pharmaceutical services on the medication compliance and effectiveness for end-stage renal diseases patients following the hemodialysis.Methods 64 end-stage renal diseases patients of undergoing the hemodialysis from June 2017 to May 2020 in our hospital were selected and grouped by random number table,32 cases in each group.The study group adopted the pharmaceutical services;the control group adopted the routine services.Intervention effects were assessed.Results The total effective rate in the study group (90.63%) was higher than control group (68.75%) (P<0.05).Before intervention,the medication compliance and safety consciousness scores between groups were not significantly different (P>0.05).After intervention,related scores in the study group were higher than control group (P<0.05),the standard rates of hemoglobin,blood pressure and serum calcium in the study group were higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The pharmaceutical services are proven to be more effective,which can increase the hemodialysis effects,medication compliance and safety,and improve the clinical indicators and prognosis.
