肺癌化疗患者PICC置管中知信行健康教育模式的意义

摘要 目的探析肺癌化疗患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripheral inserted central catheter,PICC)中知信行健康教育模式的意义。方法选择我院2019年3月至2020年3月收治的76例施以PICC置管治疗的肺癌化疗患者,应用随机摸球法均分成甲组和乙组,分别给予常规护理、常规护理结合知信行健康教育;比较两组知信行水平变化情况、并发症发生率。结果与住院时相比,两组疾病认知度、健康信念、化疗配合度评分均增高,且乙组高于甲组(P<0.05)。乙组并发症总发生率5.26%低于甲组26.32%(P<0.05)。结论在肺癌化疗患者PICC置管治疗中知信行健康教育模式的应用,可提高其健康知识认知度,帮助其树立良好健康信念,增加其化疗配合度,降低并发症发生率。 Objective To explore the significance of health education model of knowledge,attitude and practice in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy by peripherally inserted central venous catheter.Methods 76 cases of lung cancer patients treated with PICC were randomly divided into group A and group B with routine nursing combined with knowledge,attitude and practice health education.The changes of knowledge,attitude and practice level and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the time of hospitalization,the scores of disease awareness,health belief and chemotherapy coordination degree of the two groups were increased,and the scores of group B were higher than that of group A (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in group B was 5.26% lower than that in group A (26.32%) (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of knowledge,attitude and practice health education model in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy PICC catheter treatment can improve their awareness of health knowledge,help them establish good health belief,increase the degree of chemotherapy cooperation,and reduce the incidence of complications.
