常规护理与时间护理在脑梗死患者护理中的效果比较分析

Comparative Analysis of the Effect of Routine Nursing and Time Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析常规护理与时间护理在脑梗死患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取自2018年6月至2020年6月于本院接受治疗的脑梗死患者60例,按照随机数字法将患者分为观察组(时间护理)和对照组(常规护理),对比分析两组患者护理后的护理满意度、NIHSS评分、MESS评分、Barthel评分、SAS评分、SDS评分以及QOL评分。结果观察组与对照组患者之间护理满意度对比差异明显(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者之间QOL评分、SAS评分以及SDS评分对比差异明显(P<0.05);观察组与对照组患者之间NIHSS评分、Barthel评分、MESS评分对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死患者的临床护理中应用时间护理措施,联合常规护理将更有利于提高患者护理满意度,促进护患关系和谐发展,改善患者心理状态以及生活质量,促进神经功能康复,相较于常规护理更具有临床优势,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of routine nursing and time nursing in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (time nursing) and control group (routine nursing).Nursing satisfaction,NIHSS score,MESS score,Barthel score,SAS score,SDS score and QOL score of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05),there were significant differences in QOL score,SAS score and SDS score between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05),and there were significant differences in NIHSS score,Barthel score and MESS score between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients with cerebral infarction,the application of time nursing measures,combined with conventional nursing will be more conducive to improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction,promote the harmonious development of nurse patient relationship,improve the patient’s psychological state and quality of life,and promote the recovery of neurological function.Compared with conventional nursing,it has more clinical advantages and is worthy of clinical application.
