分析安全管理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果

Analysis of the Application Effect of Safety Management in Pediatric Nursing Management

目的对安全管理模式在儿科护理管理中的应用效果进行探讨。方法选择我院儿科2018年6月至2019年6月收治的患儿140例进行研究,并按照常规护理和安全管理模式平均分为对照组和研究组各70例,对两组患者的护理质量评分和发生医疗纠纷事件的概率进行比较。结果相比较于对照组,研究组患者在基础、输液、高热、人文关怀等护理质量评分方面都具有显著优势,而且研究组患者发生医疗纠纷事件的概率也显著较低,两组对比差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全管理模式在儿科护理管理中的有效应用可使护理质量得到有效的提升,对医疗事件起到一定的预防作用,在临床护理中具有较大的应用和推广的价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of safety management mode in pediatric nursing management.Methods A total of 140 children admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study.The average nursing and safety management model was divided into control group and study group,70 cases,respectively.The quality score is compared to the probability of a medical dispute event.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had significant advantages in terms of nursing quality scores such as basic,infusion,hyperthermia,and human care,and the probability of medical disputes in the study group was also significantly lower.And the probability of medical disputes in the study group was also significantly lower,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of safety management mode in pediatric nursing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing,play a preventive role in medical events,and have greater application and promotion value in clinical nursing.
