探讨经阴道四维超声子宫输卵管造影(4D-HyCoSy)诊断不孕症患者输卵管通畅性的应用价值

Discuss the Value of Transvaginal four-dimensional Ultrasound Hysterosalpingography(4 D-HyCoSy)in the Diagnosis of Tubal Patency in Infertile Patients

目的分析经阴道四维超声子宫输卵管造影(4D-HyCoSy)诊断不孕症患者输卵管通畅性的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年12月至2020年12月诊治的40例不孕症患者开展本次试验研究,40例患者均分别给予经阴道三维超声子宫输卵管造影(3D-HyCoSy)检查(划分为参照组)和经阴道四维超声子宫输卵管造影(4D-HyCoSy)检查(划分为研究组),以造影后腹腔镜下通染液检查结果为金标准,比较两组诊断结果。结果与参照组阳性预测值和阴性预测值相比,研究组均明显偏高(P<0.05);与参照组诊断准确率、敏感度和特异度相比,研究组均明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论给予不孕症患者4D-HyCoSy检查有助于提升患者诊断效果,有助于为患者后续治疗方案的制定提供重要依据,具有推广价值。

Objective Analysis of transvaginal four-dimensional ultrasound hysterosalpingography(4 D-HyCoSy)diagnosis of infertility patients with tubal patency effect.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,40 infertile patients were selected to carry out this experimental study.All 40 patients were given transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound hysterosalpingography(3 D-HyCoSy)and transvaginal four-dimensional ultrasound hysterosalpingography(4 D-HyCoSy)respectively.Results Compared with the positive and negative predictive values of the reference group,the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05);compared with the reference group,the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving infertility patients 4 D-HyCoSy examination is helpful to improve the diagnostic effect of patients,and to provide important basis for the formulation of patients’follow-up treatment plan,which has the value of popularization.
