CT仿真内窥镜在阻塞性肺炎中的应用及诊断作用探究

Application and Diagnosis of CT Virtual Endoscopy in Obstructive Pneumonia

目的分析CT仿真内窥镜(CTVE)在阻塞性肺炎中的临床应用效果。方法从我院选取2018年4月到2020年4月经过治疗疾病病理变化和吸收不令人满意的阻塞性肺炎患者60例为实验的研究对象,所有患者均行纤维支气管镜检测与CTVE检查,对比临床检查结果。结果(1)两种检测结果比较:两种检测方式敏感度差异不大(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义;纤维支气管镜检查特异性高于CTVE(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;(2)患者满意度比较:CTVE检测方式的满意度高于纤维支气管镜检测(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论CT仿真内窥镜应用于阻塞性肺炎检测患者接受度较高,安全可靠性较高,为临床治疗提供基础资料,提高患者生存率,可于临床诊断大量的推广和使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of CT virtual endoscopy(CTVE)in obstructive pneumonia.Methods From April 2018 to April 2020,60 patients with obstructive pneumonia who were not satisfied with the pathological changes after treatment were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy and CTVE examination,and the clinical examination results were compared.Results(1)Comparison of the two detection results:the sensitivity of the two detection methods has little difference(P>0.05),and the difference is not statistically significant.The specificity of fiberoptic bronchoscopy is higher than that of CTVE(P<0.05),and the difference is statistically significant.(2)Comparison of patient satisfaction:the satisfaction of CTVE was higher than that of fiberoptic bronchoscopy(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion CT virtual endoscopy in the detection of patients with obstructive pneumonia has high acceptance,high safety and reliability,provides basic data for clinical treatment,improves the survival rate of patients,and is suitable for a large number of clinical diagnosis and use.
