阿加曲班在脑出血治疗中的研究进展

Research Progress of Argatroban in the Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage

阿加曲班是一种凝血酶抑制剂,对脑出血后由凝血酶诱导产生的继发性损伤有治疗作用。本文就近年来阿加曲班对脑出血后继发性损伤治疗等方面的研究进展做一综述。

Argatroban is the only direct thrombin inhibitor,which has a therapeutic effect on secondary injury induced by thrombin after intracerebral hemorrhage.In this paper,the research progress of the study on the treatment of the secondary injury after cerebral hemorrhage in the recent years is reviewed.
