大面积烧伤患者气管切开外导管固定方法研究进展

Research Progress on External Catheter Fixation of Tracheotomy in Patients with Large Area Burn

大面积烧伤患者早期存在生理性水肿,或者在后期因感染发生病理性肿胀,这会导致气管切开外导管的固定系带所需要的长度难以掌握,故本文综述了近年来多位学者在气管切开外导管的固定方法,分析了各种固定方法的优缺点,得出了可以从改变的系带的材质,改变系带的固定方式,增大接触面积来改良固定方法的观点。

Patients with large area burn have physiological edema in the early stage or pathological swelling due to infection in the later stage.This will make it difficult to master the length of the frenulum for fixing the external catheter of tracheotomy.This paper reviews the fixation methods of the external catheter of tracheotomy by many scholars in recent years,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various fixation methods,and obtains the view that the fixation method can be improved by changing the material of the frenulum,changing the fixation method of the frenulum and increasing the contact area.
