分析择期剖宫产与急诊剖宫产的临床对比效果

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Selective Cesarean Section and Emergency Cesarean Section

目的针对剖宫产产妇,研究分析择期剖宫产与急诊剖宫产的临床效果对比。方法以2019年8月至2019年12月我院产科收治的总计150例剖宫产产妇为对象,将其中60例实施急诊剖宫产的产妇作为对照组,90例实施择期剖宫产的产妇作为观察组,将两组的临床指标以及并发症情况做比较分析,对比择期剖宫产与急诊剖宫产的临床效果。结果比较两组的临床指标(手术时间、切口大小、术中出血量以及切口愈合时间),观察组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组并发症情况,观察组(总发生率2.22%)明显低于对照组(总发生率15.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论择期剖宫产相比急诊剖宫产的临床效果更理想,能减轻对产妇的伤害,提升身体恢复速度,减少并发症,值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of selective cesarean section and emergency cesarean section.Methods From August 2019 to December 2019,150 cases of cesarean section were included in the obstetrics department of our hospital.Among them,60 cases of emergency cesarean section were taken as the control group,90 cases of selective cesarean section were taken as the observation group.The clinical indexes and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the clinical effects of selective cesarean section and emergency cesarean section were compared.Results The clinical indexes(operation time,incision size,intraoperative hemorrhage and healing time)of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complications were significantly lower in the observation group(2.22%)than those in the control group(15.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with emergency cesarean section,selective cesarean section has better clinical effect.It can reduce the harm to the parturient,improve the speed of body recovery and reduce the complications.It is worth popularizing.
