骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的患者应用平衡罐的效果分析

Effectiveness of Balance Tank in Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture Patients

目的研究骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的患者应用平衡罐的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月我院的OVCF患者60例,使用抛掷硬币法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组使用常规保守治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上应用平衡罐治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、疼痛、功能障碍情况。结果研究组的总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(66.67%)(P<0.05),治疗后研究组的VAS评分、DOI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平衡罐应用于OVCF患者中的效果显著,能够减轻患者的疼痛,并改善功能障碍。

Objective To study the effect of balance tank in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods 60 patients with OVCF in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group and research group by coin throwing method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional conservative treatment,while the study group was treated with balanced pot on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain and dysfunction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05),and the VAS score and DOI score of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of balance tank in OVCF patients has significant effect,which can reduce the pain and improve the dysfunction of patients.
