胫骨髓内钉与胫骨钢板治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果分析

The Clinical Effect of Tibial Intramedullary Nail and Tibial Plate in the Treatment of Tibial Fracture

目的胫骨髓内钉与胫骨钢板治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果分析。方法选取2014年1月至2019年1月于我院就诊的胫骨骨折的患者50例进行研究,并依据不同的治疗方式分为两组,对照组25例予以胫骨钢板治疗,观察组25例予以胫骨髓内钉方式,对比临床疗效。结果对比两组患者的临床疗效,观察组与对照组对比(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。结论在对胫骨骨折的患者进行治疗时应用胫骨髓内钉与胫骨钢板方式均能够取得非常好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective The clinical effect of tibial intramedullary nail and tibial plate in the treatment of tibial fracture.Methods From January 2014 to January 2019,50 patients with tibial fracture who were treated in our hospital were selected for study.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups.Twenty-five patients in the control group were treated with tibial plate,25 patients in the observation group were treated with tibial intramedullary nail,and the clinical effect was compared.Results There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of tibial intramedullary nail and tibial plate in the treatment of tibial fracture can achieve very good clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
