腹腔镜与开腹胃癌根治术清除淋巴结的临床效果比较

Comparison of the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic and Open Radical Gastrectomy in the Removal of Lymph nodes

目的探究对比腹腔镜与开腹胃癌根治术清除淋巴结的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年至2019年收治的30例胃癌患者分为A组和B组各15例,分别实施腹腔镜胃癌根治术和常规开腹胃癌根治术治疗,对比两组患者淋巴结清除的临床效果。结果A组患者手术出血量、切口长度以及住院时间等方面对比皆优于B组,两组患者在淋巴结清除效果对比中无明显差异。结论根据实验结果分析,腹腔镜胃癌根治术也能达到常规开腹胃癌根治术的淋巴清除效果,并且从治疗综合方面考虑,腹腔镜胃癌根治术的临床效果更佳,值得被大力推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open radical gastrectomy in the removal of lymph nodes.Methods From 2014 to 2019,30 cases of gastric cancer in our hospital were divided into group A and group B with 15 cases in each group.Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy and conventional open radical gastrectomy were performed respectively to compare the clinical effect of lymph node clearance between the two groups.Results The operative bleeding volume,incision length and hospitalization time of group A were better than those of group B.There was no significant difference in lymph node clearance between the two groups.Conclusion According to the analysis of the experimental results,laparoscopic gastrectomy can also achieve the effect of lymph clearance of conventional open radical gastrectomy.Considering the comprehensive treatment,the clinical effect of laparoscopic gastrectomy is better,which is worth promoting.
