阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联用于脑梗死治疗中对神经功能与用药安全性的影响

Effect of Combination of Aspirin and Clopidogrel on Nerve Function and Drug Safety in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的分析阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联用于脑梗死治疗中对神经功能与用药安全性的影响。方法将2019年1月至2020年3月我院接收的30例脑梗死病人进行研究,根据抽签法进行分组,将其分为实验组和参照组,每组各15例。参照组病人给予阿司匹林进行治疗,实验组在参照组基础上给予氯吡格雷进行治疗,比较两组病人的临床疗效;不良反应发生率;使用各评分表对病人的睡眠质量、焦虑、抑郁、神经功能缺损程度与生活能力进行评估。结果实验组的临床有效率(93.33%)明显高于参照组(73.33%);不良反应发生情况,包括过敏、出血、上腹痛例数明显少于参照组,总发生率(6.67%)明显低于参照组(26.67%);睡眠质量评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分明显低于参照组,生活能力评分明显高于参照组,实验数据均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联用可以有效改善脑梗死病人神经缺损功能,缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,提高睡眠质量和生活能力,降低不良反应发生率,提升用药安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective The effects of aspirin and clopidogrel on nerve function and drug safety in the treatment of cerebral infarction were analyzed.Methods 30 patients with cerebral infarction received in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 was divided into experimental group and reference group according to the method of drawing lots,15 cases each.The experimental group was treated with clopidogrel on the basis of reference group,and the clinical effect,adverse reaction rate,and assess the score of sleep quality,anxiety,depression,the degree of the neural function deficit and living skills of the two groups were compared.Results Clinical effective rate(93.33%)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(73.33%).the incidence of adverse reactions,including allergies,bleeding,and upper abdominal pain,was significantly lower than that in the reference group(6.67%)rate(6.67%)was significantly lower than that in the reference group(26.67%).0.05,the score of sleep quality,the score of anxiety,the score of depression,the score of the neural function deficit(NIHSS)of experimental group was significantly lower than reference group,the score of living skills of experimental group was significantly higher than reference group.Conclusion The combination of aspirin and clopidogrel can effectively improve the function of nerve defect in patients with cerebral infarction,ease the patients’anxiety and depression,improve the quality of sleep and living skills,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the safety of medication,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
