阳和汤加减联合桂枝茯苓丸、益母草、马鞭草治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Yanghe Decoction Combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill,Motherwort and Verbena in the Treatment of Uterine Leiomyoma

目的探讨阳和汤加减联合桂枝茯苓丸、益母草、马鞭草治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法抽取我单位2018年5月至2020年4月期间收治的30例子宫肌瘤患者为临床研究,利用随机分组的方式,将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组接受常规治疗方式,观察组接受讨阳和汤加减联合桂枝茯苓丸、益母草、马鞭草治疗方式,对比两组患者治疗有效率、子宫肌瘤大小。结果治疗后观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,同时,治疗后观察组患者子宫肌瘤直径明显低于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论阳和汤加减联合桂枝茯苓丸、益母草、马鞭草治疗子宫肌瘤疗效显著,可有效缩小肌瘤大小,安全性高值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yanghe Decoction Combined with Guizhi Fuling pill,motherwort and Verbena on uterine leiomyoma.Methods 30 cases of patients with uterine fibroids in our unit from May 2018 to April 2020 were selected as clinical research,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received the treatment of modified tangyanghe decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling pill,motherwort and Verbena grass.The effective rate and hysteromyoma of the two groups were compared size.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.At the same time,the diameter of uterine fibroids in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Yanghe Decoction Combined with Guizhi Fuling pill,motherwort and Verbena has significant effect on uterine leiomyoma,which can effectively reduce the size of leiomyoma with high safety and is worthy of promotion.
