胺碘酮首剂负荷量治疗阵发性室上性心动过速

Treatment of Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia with the first Dose of Amiodarone

目的探讨胺碘酮首剂负荷量治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(P VS T)疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年9月至2020年2月期间至我院就诊180例P VS T患者进行研究,用随机分组表分为实验组(胺碘酮首剂负荷量治疗,90例)和对照组(普罗帕酮治疗,90例),比较两组患者疗效、不良反应发生率,并对两组患者随访2年,比较两组患者再次复发时间。结果实验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组[97.78%VS.86.67%,P<0.05]。治疗过程中,两组患者相关并发症发生比较显著差异(P>0.05)。实验组患者再次复发平均时间显著长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮在首剂负荷量在阵发性室上性心动过速患者中治疗,可协助提高患者临床疗效,延长患者再次复发时间,且具有较高治疗安全性。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of first dose of amiodarone in the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(P VS T).Methods From September 2018 to February 2020,180 P VS T patients visited our hospital for research.They were divided into an experimental group(first dose of amiodarone,90 cases)and a control group(propafenone treatment,90 cases).Compared the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients,and followed up the two groups of patients for 2 years,compared the time of relapse of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group[97.78%VS.86.67%,P<0.05].During the course of treatment,there were significant differences in the occurrence of related complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The average time to relapse in the experimental group was significantly longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of amiodarone in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia with the first dose load can help improve the clinical efficacy of patients,prolong the relapse time of patients,and have a higher treatment safety.
