新生儿肺炎60例临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience of 60 Cases of Neonatal Pneumonia

目的探讨新生儿肺炎60例临床护理体会。方法选取新生儿肺炎患儿60例进行研究与观察,并依据不同护理方式分为两组,对照组30例患儿予以常规护理,观察组30例患儿采用综合护理,对比两组患儿经由不同护理干预方式的临床护理效果。结果对两组患儿临床症状改善情况、护理效果满意度进行对比,观察组患儿改善情况明显优于对对照组患儿,两组间对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对新生儿肺炎患儿进行护理时,要结合患儿的临床症状以及病情变化特点予以积极有效的护理,能够帮助患儿尽快恢复,同时对患儿的预后也具有积极意义,建议在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing experience of 60 cases of neonatal pneumonia.Methods Sixty cases of neonatal pneumonia were selected for research and observation,and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.Thirty cases in the control group were given routine nursing,while 30 cases in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing.The clinical nursing effects of different nursing intervention modes were compared between the two groups.Results Comparing the improvement of clinical symptoms and satisfaction of nursing effect between the two groups,the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion In the nursing of neonatal pneumonia children,we should combine the clinical symptoms and the characteristics of the changes of the disease to give active and effective nursing,which can help the children recover as soon as possible,and also has a positive significance for the prognosis of the children.It is suggested that it be popularized in clinical practice.
