探讨肾康注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效

Explore the Clinical Effect of Shenkang Injection on Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

目的探讨分析肾康注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床治疗效果。方法收集整理我院于2018年12月至2019年12月收治的80例慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料,将其作为本次研究的对象;根据其采用的不同治疗方式,将其分为A组与B组,每组40例;B组患者采用常规治疗加肾衰宁片进行治疗,A组则在B组患者治疗基础上加用肾康注射液进行治疗;观察对比两组患者的临床治疗效果以及治疗后患者血尿素氮(BUN)、血清胱抑素(CysC)、血肌酐(SCr)水平情况。结果与B组患者总治疗效果相比较,A组患者总有效率显著偏高,P<0.05;A组患者治疗后BUN、CysC、SCr水平均显著优于B组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾康注射液治疗的效果显著,有效改善患者整体疗效,具有临床应用推广价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenkang injection in treating patients with chronic renal failure.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with chronic renal failure treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were collected and used as the object of this study.According to the different treatment methods adopted,they were divided into group A and group B,40 cases in each group.Group B patients were treated with conventional treatment plus Shenshuaining tablets,and group A was treated with Shenkang injection based on the treatment of group B patients.The clinical effect and the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum cystatin(CysC)and serum creatinine(SCR)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the total treatment effect of group B,the total effective rate of group A was significantly higher(P<0.05).The levels of BUN,CysC and SCr in group A were significantly higher than those in group B after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenkang injection is effective in treating patients with chronic renal failure,and it can effectively improve the overall effect of patients.It has clinical application and promotion value.
