针灸辨证取穴结合局部围刺治疗寻常性痤疮的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Syndrome Differentiation and Local Peripheral Acupuncture for Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

目的探讨针灸辨证取穴结合局部围刺治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法随机选取研究对象,研究时间为2018年3月至2019年3月,并抽取到我院进行医治的80例寻常性痤疮患者,将其分为参照组和研究组,各40例。其中参照组实行针灸辨证取穴治疗,研究组应用针灸辨证取穴结合局部围刺治疗,分析讨论两组的不良反应情况、临床治疗效果和皮损评分。结果两组寻常性痤疮患者的治疗效果对比,其治疗有效率明显是研究组高于参照组,研究组的治愈概率显著高于参照组,对比结果相当明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义;对比患者的皮损评分可知,研究组低于参照组,两组对比数据形成明显差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义;研究组发生不良反应概率低于参照组,不良反应对比数据差异明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论采用针灸辨证取穴结合局部围刺治疗,能改善寻常性痤疮患者的治疗效果及皮损症状,减轻患者发生不良反应概率及不适感,逐步提升患者的生活质量,值得大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with local peripheral acupuncture for treating acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 80 patients with acne vulgaris who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled.The study was divided into reference group and study group,40 cases each.Among them,the reference group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the study group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The adverse reactions,clinical therapeutic effects and skin lesion scores of the two groups were analyzed and discussed.Results The therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients with acne vulgaris was significantly higher in the study group than in the reference group.The cure probability of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group.The comparison results were quite obvious,P<0.05,statistically significant.Comparing the lesion scores of the patients,the study group was lower than the reference group,and the contrast data of the two groups formed a significant difference,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The probability of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the adverse reaction data were significantly different,P<0.05,was statistically significant.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with local acupuncture treatment can improve the therapeutic effect and skin lesions of patients with acne vulgaris,reduce the probability of adverse reactions and discomfort,and gradually improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth promoting.
