真武汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Zhenwu Decoction Combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

目的探究分析真武汤联合血府逐瘀汤治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取300例冠心病心力衰竭患者,分为参照组和观察组,各150例,观察对比两组患者临床效果。结果相较于参照组,观察组患者的治疗总有效率更高,不良反应发生情况更少,总发生率更低;治疗后,两组患者心功能指标和中医证候积分皆优于治疗前,且观察组显著优于参照组,数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心力衰竭的患者采用真武汤联合血府逐瘀汤治疗方式能够取得显著的临床疗效,值得进一步推广应用于临床。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Zhenwu Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods Three hundred patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were divided into the reference group and the observation group,150 cases in each group.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,the incidence of adverse reactions was less,the total incidence was lower.After treatment,the heart function index and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than the reference group,the data ratio is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can achieve significant clinical effect in patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure,which is worth further promotion and application.
