华北油田职工2017~2018年结直肠癌的发病率及危险因素分析

Incidence Rate and Risk Factors of Colorectal Cancer in Huabei Oilfield Employees during 2017~2018

目的分析华北油田职工2017~2018年结直肠癌的发病率及危险因素。方法选取在2017年1月至2018年12月期间的76名患结直肠癌的华北油田职工者为研究对象,同时选取当地76名身体健康者作为对照组,对两组包括年龄、低纤维素饮食、遗传因素、吸烟、喝酒、胃炎、消化性溃疡等因素对结直肠癌发病率的影响进行对比,并采用单因素及Logistic多因素分析。结果华北油田60岁以上年龄组的职工结直肠癌发病率呈上升趋势。采用单因素及Logistic多因素分析可知,低纤维素饮食、遗传因素、吸烟、喝酒、腺瘤性息肉是结直肠癌患病的主要因素。结论华北油田职工2017~2018年间60岁以上的职工结直肠癌发病率呈上升趋势,且低纤维素饮食、遗传因素、吸烟、喝酒、腺瘤性息肉是结直肠癌患病的主要因素,这对结直肠癌患者有针对性的预防和康复有指导意义。

Objective To analyze the incidence rate and risk factors of colorectal cancer in Huabei Oilfield employees from 2017 to 2018.Methods A total of 76 workers with colorectal cancer in Huabei Oilfield from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects.Meanwhile,76 healthy people in the local area were selected as the control group.The effects of pathogenic factors including age,low fiber diet,genetic factors,smoking,drinking,gastritis,peptic ulcer on colorectal cancer were compared between two groups.Single factor and mulitiple factor logistic regression analysis were used.Results The incidence rate of colorectal cancer in workers aged over 60 years in Huabei Oilfield increased.Univariate and multivariate logistic analysis showed that low cellulose diet,genetic factors,smoking,drinking,adenomatous polyps were the main factors of colorectal cancer.Conclusion The incidence rate of colorectal cancer in workers aged 60 years or above in Hubei oilfield 2017~2018 is on the rise.Low cellulose diet,genetic factors,smoking,drinking and adenomatous polyp are the main factors of colorectal cancer,which is of guiding significance for targeted prevention and rehabilitation of colorectal cancer patients.
