摘要 水库突发水污染事件严重影响人民的生命财产安全,面对突发水污染事件能够快速准确地做出应急决策措施非常重要。设计突发水污染决策支持系统可以实现水质实时监测、事件模拟预警、决策生成管理以及事后追责与善后等功能,为突发水污染事件应急决策提供重要的技术支撑。 Sudden water pollution incidents of reservoir seriously affect the safety of lives and property of people.It is very important to make emergency measures quickly and accurately in face of sudden water pollution incidents.The design of de⁃cision support system for sudden water pollution can realize the functions of real-time monitoring of water quality,event simulation and early warning,decision-making generation and management as well as accountability and follow-up,provid⁃ing important technical support for emergency decision of sudden water pollution incidents.
