Uncertainty Evaluation of Turbidity of Down and Feather

为反映实验室羽毛羽绒浊度检测结果的可靠程度,文章在GB/T 10288-2016《羽绒羽毛检验方法》基础上,对羽毛羽绒浊度测量过程中不确定度的影响因素进行了分析,并对各分量分别进行了评定,计算出了羽毛羽绒浊度的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。分析表明:测量重复性是影响浊度不确定度的最重要分量,检测人员目光的稳定性是保证检测结果准确性的关键所在。

In order to reflect the reliability turbidity test results of feather and down in laboratory,based on GB/T 10288-2016 Feather and Down Test Methods,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of uncertainty in the measurement process of feather and down turbidity,and evaluates each component respectively.The synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of the turbidity of feather and down are calculated.The analysis structure shows that the measurement repeatability is the most important component affecting the total uncertainty of turbidity,and the stability of the inspectors'vision is the key to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
