Research on Compatibility Between Major Setup and Industrial Development of Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校毕业生就业难已经成为了普遍存在的社会热点问题,另一方面我国的高级技能型人才却严重不足。为了解决供需矛盾,政府、企业、学校三者之间应该加强合作:政府加强监管,协助企业与学校建立更多有效的合作机制;企业增加与学校的信息沟通,为高职院校提供更多的学生实习和教师顶岗机会;学校更新专业设置与课程设置,培养出更加对口的专业人才,打开学生就业渠道。

Employment difficulties for graduates of higher vocational colleges have become a widespread social hotspot.On the other hand,there is a serious shortage of senior skilled talents in my country.In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand,the government,enterprises,and schools should strengthen the cooperation:the government strengthens supervision and assists enterprises and colleges to establish more effective cooperation mechanisms;enterprises increase information communication with colleges to provide more internship opportunities for the students and teachers of the higher vocational colleges;the colleges update major setup and curriculum settings,cultivate more suitable professionals,and open up employment channels for students.
