摘要
本文针对某型雷达结构特点,对该雷达的整体布局设计、转台设计和俯仰机构设计等方面进行了详细阐述,并且通过力学仿真分析进行了结构强度校核。该雷达在实际使用中得到充分工程试验验证,实际效果良好,为后续类似雷达结构的系统设计提供借鉴,并具有一定的参考意义。
In this paper,according to the structural characteristics of a radar,the overall layout design,turntable design and pitching mechanism design of the radar are elaborated in detail,and the structural strength is checked through mechanical simulation analysis.This radar has been fully verified by engineering test in practiceand the practical effect is good.It provides reference for the subsequent system design of similar radar structure and has a certain reference significance.
