Practical Teaching Exploration on"Promoting Learning by Competition,Promoting Teaching by Competition,and Integrating Education and Competition"with the Goal of Cultivating Application-oriented Talents

根据应用型人才培养模式及目标,结合目前传统教学中存在的弊端,讨论学科竞赛的必要性以及以能力培养为导向,以“以赛促学、以赛促教”方式驱动教师的教与学生的学,实现赛教融合,培养“双师型”教师和培养学生应用实践能力,提高人才质量。

According to the mode and target of cultivating application-oriented talents,this paper discusses the necessity of discipline competition in combination with the disadvantages existing in traditional teaching.Taking ability cultivation as the orientation,the teaching and learning are driven by the way of promoting learning through competition and promoting teaching through competition so as to realize the integration of competition and teaching.Only when we cultivate double-position teachers and cultivate students'practical ability can we improve the quality of talents.
