后疫情时代大学生就业困境与对策研究

A Study on Employment Dilemma and Countermeasures of College Students in the Post-epidemic Era

新冠肺炎疫情影响全球经济和社会生活,也对高校毕业生的职业生涯发展产生冲击。在当前后疫情时代背景下,我国整体的就业形势不容乐观,而毕业生作为“准社会人”,自身压力较大,如不解决此问题,将无法实现从学校到社会的顺利过渡。基于此,本文对后疫情时代下大学生就业问题的策略探究,探索运用好有利因素、破解不利因素,通过策略促进毕业生充分、高质量就业,以期能够为相关人员提供参考借鉴。

The novel coronavirus pneumonia affects the global economic and social life,and also has an impact on the occupation development of college graduates.In the current post epidemic era,the overall employment situation in China is not optimistic,and graduates,as“quasi social people”,have great pressure on themselves.If this problem is not solved,the smooth transition from school to society will not be realized.Based on this,this paper explores the employment strategy of graduates in the post epidemic era,explores the use of favorable factors and crack unfavorable factors,and promotes the full and high-quality employment of graduates through strategies,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
