幼儿礼仪行为表现现状及教育策略研究

Research on the Present Situation and Educational Strategy of Children’s Etiquette Behavior

在如今社会上,优秀的礼仪素养是进行社会交往的必备条件,所以幼儿园关于幼儿礼仪的素质教育开展很有必要。幼儿礼仪教育可以让幼儿接受礼仪的熏陶,培养幼儿谦让、勇敢、讲礼貌等优秀品质,促进幼儿全面发展。为了更好地了解幼儿园及教师开展幼儿礼仪教育的成效,调查幼儿礼仪行为的表现现状,本研究通过对以往关于幼儿礼仪行为研究的整理与分析,从尊敬师长、同伴相处、进餐、待客等礼仪对幼儿礼仪行为表现进行了问卷调查研究,与部分老师和家长做了相关访谈。在对幼儿礼仪行为表现现状的调查结果进行分析之后,笔者分别从幼儿园、幼儿教师、家园共育方面提出关于幼儿园更好地进行幼儿礼仪教育的建议。

In the contemporary society,excellent etiquette literacy is a prerequisite for social communication,so it is necessary to carry out quality-oriented education on children’s etiquette in kindergartens.Children’s etiquette education can allow children to accept the edification of etiquette,cultivate children’s excellent qualities such as humility,courage and politeness,and promote their all-around development.In order to better understand the effectiveness of developing children’s etiquette education,to investigate the performance of the children’s etiquette behaviors,the authors have collected and analyzed the previous research on children’s etiquette behavior,conducted the questionaire on the children’s etiquette behavior performance from the respect for teachers,peer interaction,dining,hospitality and other etiquette,and interviewed some teachers and parents.After the analysis of the findings,some suggestions are put forward on how to better conduct etiquette education in kindergartens from the aspects of kindergarten,preschool teachers and co-education of family and school.
