基于成都元素的拼布包设计与制作

Design and Production of Patchwork Bags Based on Chengdu Elements

文章对成都的特色文化元素、拼布包的定义、使用人群、分类、功能以及天然草木染的制作工艺、配色方法等做了调查分析,在此基础上,提出了将植物草木染和拼布包相结合再融入成都特色元素的设计理念及设计原则。包括按照人群定位制作详细的设计策略和成都元素相结合的设计方法。最后,深入分析了拼布包和植物染色结合的基本方法和附加形式要素,并且运用了网上查资料以及实地考察等方法,希望此次对成都地区的特色文化元素、拼布工艺以及植物染色方法的调研与探索能在完善拼布市场、为植物染色产品设计人员进行实物产品设计时提供理论支撑,以及意向人群在选择拼布包等方面提供参考和借鉴。

This paper analyzes the development and prospect of Chengdu elements,patchwork bags and natural vegetation dyeing,including the characteristic cultural elements of Chengdu,the definition of quilt bags,users,classification,functions,as well as the production technology and color matching method of natural vegetation dyeing.On this basis,the design idea and principle of combining plant dyeing with patchwork bags and incorporating Chengdu characteristic elements are put forward including the detailed design strategy according to the crowd localization and the Chengdu element design.Finally,the basic method and additional form elements of the combination of patchwork bags and plant dyeing are analyzed in depth,and the methods such as on-line searching and information,on-the-spot investigation and so on are carried out.It is hoped that the investigation and exploration of the characteristic cultural elements,patchwork technology and plant dyeing methods in Chengdu will be of theoretical and practical significance in perfecting the patchwork market,providing theoretical support for the designers of plant dyeing products in the design of physical products,and the selection of patchwork bags by the intended customers.
