摘要
以探讨高校在新冠肺炎疫情治理中的作为为逻辑起点,在肯定高校启动治理应急体系、创新治理方式、优化保障要素和有效应对疫情防控的同时,揭示高校在治理能力、内部医疗机构防控能力和舆情应对能力等方面存在的问题,提出进一步健全制度体系、准确把握疫情特性、提升校内医疗机构应急防控能力和提高学生疫情认知水平,有利于更好地提升高校应对突发公共卫生事件的治理能力。
The role of universities in COVID-19 epidemic management was taken as a logical starting point.While the launch of emergency management system,innovation of governance mode?optimization of security elements and effective response to the epidemic were affirmed?the problems such as the universities^abilities in governance?prevention and control of internal medical institution and coping with public opinions were also revealed.Thus,further improving the institutional system,correctly understanding characteristics of the epidemic?enhancing university medical institutions,ability for emergency prevention and control and students,awareness of the epidemic were proposed to improve universities,governance ability in response to public health emergencies.
