东营2×1000MW电厂总平面优化设计

摘要 针对大型机组电厂总平面设计存在的优化空间,提出了总平面布置与工艺方案之间的融合设计理念。结合东营电厂工程实际,通过采用主厂房区平面与立体空间综合布局、500 kV室外气体绝缘金属封闭组合电器(gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear,GIS)进、出线构架合并、翻车机入厂端布置、水务设施恰当整合的优化设计方案,不仅有效减少了厂区用地面积,降低基建投资,缩短建设周期,同时节约了电厂运营成本,为提高生产效率、方便维护管理创造了有利条件,为大型机组电厂总平面设计提供了优化思路。 There is a certain optimization space for the general layout design of large unit power plant,and the concept of fusion design between general layout and process scheme is proposed.Combined with the actual situation of Dongying Power Plant,by adopting with optimization design scheme such as comprehensive layout of plane and three-dimensional space,combine inline with outline frames of 500 kV outdoor GIS,railway entry plant layout of the dumper,suitable combination of total water facilities.It not only effectively reduces the land area of the plant,reduces the infrastructure investment,shortens the construction period,but also saves the operation cost of the power plant.It creates favorable conditions for improving production efficiency and convenient maintenance and management,and provides optimization ideas for general layout design of large unit power plant.
