摘要
针对设备管理中试验数据、诊断方法、技术方案等知识分散,无法提供系统的设备故障处理解决方案等问题,运用知识管理体系理念,提出了基于神经元算法的变压器油色谱故障诊断方法,建立电网主设备知识库知识服务应用,解决了设备管理知识分散、缺少系统性信息支撑等问题,辅助管理人员制定检修决策,为现场人员提供具体实施方法。通过实践应用,进一步验证了智能诊断方法的准确性和知识融合应用的优越性,为设备智能化、精益化管理奠定基石。
In view of the scattered knowledge of test data,diagnosis method and technical scheme in equipment management,it is impossible to provide the system equipment fault treatment solution.This paper proposes a fault diagnosis method based on neural algorithm for transformer oil color spectrum based on the concept of knowledge management system,establishes the application of knowledge service of the main equipment knowledge base of power grid,solves the problems of equipment management knowledge dispersion and lack of systematic information support.It helps the management personnel to make maintenance decision and provide specific implementation methods for the field personnel.Through practical application,the accuracy of intelligent diagnosis method and the superiority of knowledge fusion application are further verified,which lays the foundation for intelligent and lean management of equipment.
