Problems and solutions of clinical skills training process for ultrasound medicine professional postgraduates

超声医学专业学位研究生临床技能培养中,存在导师指导不充分、临床知识和实践积累少、超声基本功不扎实、考核制度不完善、科研与临床脱节等问题。本研究分析导致问题的原因,结合超声医学的学科特点和在专业学位研究生临床技能培养过程中的有关体会和经验,提出构建完整和高效的培养团队,重视临床相关科室轮转及培养,分层次、分阶段实现教学目标,建立完善的管理、监督、考核制度,注重临床与科研能力的结合,从而提高超声医学专业学位研究生临床技能培养效率及质量。

At present,the clinical skills training process for ultrasound medicine professional postgraduates is still facing many problems,such as inadequate guidance from tutors,little accumulation of clinical knowledge and practice,not solid basic ultrasonic skills,imperfect assessment system,and disconnection between scientific research and clinical practice.Analyzing the cause of problems,combining with the characteristics of ultrasound medicine and our experience in the clinical skills training process,we have put forward targeted solutions,such as building a complete and efficient training team,attaching importance to rotation and cultivation of relevant clinical departments,realizing teaching objectives by different levels and stages,establishing a perfect management,supervision and assessment system,paying attention to the combination of clinical and scientific research ability,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of clinical skills training process of ultrasound medicine.
