生物电阻抗分析在维持性透析患者中的应用进展 被引量:4

Progress in application of bioelectrical impedance analysis in patients undergoing maintenance dialysis

摘要 透析患者普遍存在容量过载、营养不良、骨骼肌减少等并发症,严重影响患者生活质量及生存率。生物电阻抗分析技术根据生物组织的电学特性测量人体成分及其变化,已被广泛应用于透析患者的综合管理与评估,并指导临床治疗。本文对生物电阻抗分析技术在透析患者中的应用进展做一综述。 Overhydration,malnutrition,and sarcopenia are common complications in maintenance dialysis patients,which seriously affect the quality of life and survival rate of the patients.Bioelectrical impedance analysis technology measures the body composition and its change based on the electrical properties of biological tissues,and has been widely used in the comprehensive management and evaluation of dialysis patients,and in guiding the clinical treatment.This article reviewed the progress in application of bioelectrical impedance analysis technology in dialysis patients.
