推动构建人类生态共同体的内在需求及现实困境

Promoting the Construction of an Ecological Community for Mankind: Its Intrinsic Needs and Practical Dilemmas

推动构建人类生态共同体具有三重内化的必然性需求:一是国际社会充分交往促使各国生态交往愈加紧密的现实背景;二是构建生态共同体是推动人类命运共同体发展的基石;三是资本增殖是全球生态危机形成的根源。推动构建人类生态共同体面临全球生态非正义现象突出"、逆全球化""反全球化"情绪突显以及共同体意识缺失等现实困境。为消除构建人类生态共同体中的障碍,我们应建立共商共建共享的全球生态治理体系,强调全人类合作共生的共同体意识,坚定推动全球化进程并有节制、有限度地对待资本。

Promoting the construction of an ecological community for mankind has a triple internalized necessity: firstly, the realistic background suggests that the fullinteraction of the international community has brought the global ecological community much closer;secondly, the building of an ecologicalcommunity is the cornerstone of promoting the development of a community of common destiny for mankind;thirdly, the nature of capitalproliferation lies in the objective existence of the root cause of the global ecological crisis. However, promoting the construction of an ecologicalcommunity for mankind is confronted with such realities as the prominence of global ecological injustice, the manifestation of"anti-globalisation"sentiments, and the lack of a sense of community. To remove the obstacles to the efforts, we should establish a global ecological governance systemthat is jointly negotiated, built and shared, emphasize a sense of community for mankind cooperation and coexistence, firmly promote the process ofglobalization and treat capital with restraint and limits.
