摘要
本研究所指的性别平等教育,不是指男女入学的性别均衡,而是指教育要体现性别平等理念,促使教育承担起性别启蒙的责任与使命。性别平等理念是性别平等教育的灵魂,它承认对每一个社会人的基本权利,承认每一个男女在性别维度上的主体权利和发展自由,以及男女作为人具有同样的人权、同样的尊严和同样的主体地位。性别平等教育实践是性别平等教育的结果,它以性别课堂为重要载体,通过性别理念的具象化及师生的参与互动,不断转变学生的性别观念,有效促进性别平等教育的理念向实践转化。
Gender equality education here does not refer to the gender balance between male and female enrollment in school,but connotes that education should reflect the concept of gender equality,and motivates education to assume the responsibility and mission of gender enlightenment.Gender equality concept is the soul of gender equality education,acknowledging the basic rights of every social person,the subjective right and development freedom of every man and woman in the gender dimension,as well as the same human rights,self-esteem and subject position of the two sexes.As a natural fruit of gender equality education,the gender equality educational practice uses gender classrooms as an important carrier,and by means of concretizing gender concepts and teacher-student participating and interacting,continuously change students'gender concepts and effectively promotes the conversion of gender equality education concepts to practice.
