绿色生态背景下北京乡村民宿发展现状·问题与对策研究

Research on the Development Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Homestay in Beijing under the Background of Green Ecology

党的十八大以来,党和政府一起大力推进生态文明建设,强调人与自然和谐共生。基于北京地区经济社会发展的特殊性,北京走农业绿色发展道路尤为重要。乡村民宿作为北京休闲农业与乡村旅游转型升级的高级发展模式和主导产业形态发展态势迅猛,以大隐于市、隐居乡里为代表的一系列民宿品牌正在迅速进行品牌扩张以及代运营业务,乡村民宿发展趋势走向品牌化与职业化。同时,民宿范畴与产业定位模糊、行业标准不够细化与完善,品牌培育意识淡薄、农耕文化内涵不足等问题也显而易见。研究通过数据分析和实地考察指出了北京乡村民宿的类型、空间分布和价格上的特征,分析北京各个郊区县乡村民宿产业发展定位、水平、经营方式的诸多差异,提出乡村民宿良性发展的有效对策与建议。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party and the government have vigorously promoted ecological civilization construction,emphasizing the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.Based on the particularity of economic and social development in Beijing,it is particularly important for Beijing to take the road of green agricultural development.As a high-level development model and leading industrial form for the transformation and upgrading of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Beijing,rural homestay is developing rapidly.A series of homestay brands represented by great seclusion in the city and secluded villages are rapidly expanding their brand and acting business.The development trend of rural homestay is towards branding and professionalism.At the same time,the category and industry positioning of homestay facilities are fuzzy,the industry standards are not detailed and perfect,the awareness of brand cultivation is weak,the connotation of farming culture is insufficient,and other problems are obvious.Based on data analysis and field investigation,the paper points out the characteristics of Beijing rural homestay facilities in terms of types,spatial distribution and price,analyzes the differences in the development orientation,level and operation mode of the rural homestay facilities in various suburban areas and counties of Beijing,and puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions for the benign development of the rural homestay facilities.
