摘要
[目的]利用ICP-MS法快速测定不同品种工业大麻秆中Pb、Cd、As、Cr、Hg 5种重金属的含量。[方法]将样品经过微波消解进行前处理,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定工业大麻秆中Pb、Cd、As、Cr、Hg 5种重金属的含量。[结果]5种重金属元素在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9986),平均加样回收率在93.0%~103.0%。4种工业大麻秆中重金属(Pb、Cd、As、Cr、Hg)含量均符合作为木塑复合材料的标准。[结论]该方法分析速度快、灵敏准确、操作稳定性高,可用于工业大麻秆中重金属的检测。
[Objective]Using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)for determining five heavy metals(Pb,Cd,As,Cr,Hg)from different industrial hemp varieties stalks rapidly.[Method]The samples were beneficiated by microwave digestion,determination of Pb,Cd,As,Cr and Hg in different industrial hemp varieties stalks by ICP-MS.[Result]The five metal elements had good linear relationship in their respective ranges(r≥0.9986),the average rate of recovery was 93.0%-103.0%.The content of heavy metals(Pb,Cd,As,Cr,Hg)in the four types of industrial hemp stalks all met the standards for wood-plastic composite materials.[Conclusion]This method is rapid,sensitive,good flexibility and stable operation,and can be used for determination of heavy metals from industrial hemp stalks.
