摘要
通过拉伸试验研究在多因素复合老化作用下纤维增强复合材料(FRP)的拉伸性能。试验参数主要包括温度、树脂基体、应力以及FRP纤维种类等。试验结果表明,温度越高FRP的抗拉强度降低越快;在同等条件下,应力可以加速FRP筋材抗拉性能的退化;环氧基体FRP筋材的力学性能优于乙烯基酯基体FRP筋材;CFRP筋各项力学性能优于BFRP筋;温度对FRP筋材的弹性模量影响较小;基于Arrhenius方程结合试验数据确定在此条件下的环境折减系数,进而对其进行寿命预测。
The tensile properties of fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)under multi-factor composite aging effect were studied by tensile tests.The test parameters mainly included temperature,resin matrix,stress,and types of FRP fiber.The test results show that the higher the temperature,the faster the tensile strength of FRP decreases.Under the same conditions,stress can accelerate the degradation of the tensile properties of FRP bars.In addition,the mechanical properties of epoxy matrix FRP bars are better than vinyl ester matrix FRP bars,and the mechanical properties of CFRP bars are better than BFRP bars.Moreover,temperature has little effect on the elastic modulus of FRP bars.Finally,the environmental reduction coefficient based on the Arrhenius equation combined with experimental data,so that the life prediction of FRP bar can be carried out.
