摘要
为准确分析某高架桥梁混凝土墩柱钢模板结构体系的受力特性,通过采用有限元数值仿真软件Midas Gen进行建模分析,横向及竖向檩条采用梁单元模拟,模板面板及竖向连接板均采用板单元进行模拟。计算结果表明,钢模板结构体系的构件强度、整体刚度均符合要求,论证了模板方案的可行性。
In order to analyze the mechanical characteristics of the steel formwork structure system of an elevated bridge concrete pier column accurately,A finite element model is established and analyzed by the finite element numerical simulation software Midas Gen.The horizontal and vertical purlins are simulated by beam elements,and the formwork panels and vertical connecting plates are simulated by plate elements.The results show that the strength and overall rigidity of the steel formwork structure system reach the requirements,which verifies the feasibility of the template scheme.
