拟建高层建筑物对已有隧道安全评估分析

摘要 以青岛地铁8号线土岩组合地层正上方拟建建筑物为研究背景,采用数值模拟对基底附加应力对已有隧道结构及地层的影响进行了安全评估。由分析可知,基底附加应力对下部隧道结构产生的应力以及变形满足规范要求,处于安全状态。土层的变形要明显大于岩层的变形,且距基底较近的土层还出现变形放大区间。故实际施工时,应把建筑物层高适当降低,或进行地基加固处理用以控制土层变形。 Taking the proposed building directly above the soil-rock combination stratum of Qingdao Metro Line 8 as the research background,the impact of additional stress on the existing tunnel structure and stratum was evaluated by numerical simulation.It can be seen from the analysis that the stress and deformation caused by the additional stress of the basement to the lower tunnel structure met the requirements of the code and were in a safe state.The deformation of the soil layer was obviously larger than that of the rock layer,and the deformation amplification interval appeared in the soil layer close to the basement.Therefore,the actual construction should be appropriate to reduce the height of the building,or for foundation reinforcement treatment to control soil deformation.
