双手推拉作业肌肉疲劳动感分析与感知建模 被引量:2

Analysis of Muscular Fatigue and Modeling of Rating of Perceived Exertion(RPE)forPulling and Pushing Tasks with Two Hands

摘要 目的为探究双手推拉作业肌肉疲劳发展规律及其差异,以及建立推拉作业的RPE感知模型。方法通过设计模拟推拉试验,招募8名男性大学生参与试验,测量两种作业方式下不同负荷和高度的肌力(MVC、F)、最大耐受时间(MET)以及多个部位的主观疲劳值(RPE),并利用统计方法分析试验数据。结果在试验条件下,作业方式对肌力降幅(FD)、MET影响显著;负荷对FD影响不显著,但对MET影响显著;构建的推拉作业RPE模型能用来描述两种作业方式的主观疲劳发展。结论作业方式、负荷是肌肉疲劳积累的显著影响因素;推动作业产生肌肉疲劳积累的风险更低;推动、拉动作业的FD分别达到0.45、0.575时,作业不能继续进行。 Objective In order to probe into the law of development and differences of muscular fatigue when performing truck pulling and pushing tasks with two hands,and to construct the models for perceiving fatigue based on RPE.Methods A simulated pulling-pushing tasks were designed and 8 college male students were recruited as participants.Then The MVC and MET,were measured,and the RPE on muscular fatigue after pulling-pushing tasks were collected.Statistical method was used for the data analysis.Results The results showed that work method affected muscle strength decrease and MET significantly.The load affected MET significantly but was insignificant to muscle strength decrease.RPE model established in this paper could be used to describe the development of perceived muscle fatigue for pulling-pushing task.Conclusion The work method and load were the important factors of muscle fatigue.The pushing had a lower risk of muscle fatigue accumulation than pulling.And the operations cannot continue when the FD of pushing and pulling reach 0.45,0.575 respectively.
