大型聚丙烯装置脱瓶颈改扩建的技术经济性分析及实施

摘要 介绍了福建炼油55万t/a的聚丙烯装置脱瓶颈优化设计方案,充分利用一期建设时的预留空地和遵循“能利旧则不用新”的原则选用设备,集思广益地成功完成了诸如脱气仓在其原位置扩容的设置和运行,为脱瓶颈改造工程的平稳推进创造了条件。在兼顾工艺先进性的同时,大幅降低了改扩建成本,提高了项目建设效率和技术经济性。 An optimization design scheme for the debottlenecking of 550 KTA polypropylene plant in Fujian Refining and Ethylene Project(FREP)is introduced.The reserved space of Phase I construction was fully used,the principle of making the best use of existing equipment was followed in equipment selection,and the expansion of purge vessel in its original position was successfully completed,creating conditions for the smooth progress of the debottlenecking revamping project.While giving consideration to advanced technology,the revamping cost was remarkably reduced,thus improving the construction efficiency,technology and economy of the project.
