摘要
供应商的开发、评估与选择,其目的是让中标的供应商满足企业的需求,助力实现企业的近、中、远期目标。而经常发生的供应商不按期准时交货、供应的产品有质量问题、供应商不配合设计代表的工作等,都是对供应商缺乏有效管理的典型表现。一般认为,可通过7个步骤来予以完善:获得供应商的基本信息;核查供应商的基本资质;考察供应商的生产检验能力;调查供应商的仓储运输能力;了解供应商的研发能力;识别供应商的质量保证体系运行能力以及验证供应商的售后服务体系的真实情况。
The purpose of supplier development,evaluation and selection is to enable the winning suppliers to meet the needs of enterprises and help to achieve the short-term,medium-term and long-term goals of the enterprises.The frequently occurred late delivery of suppliers,quality problems of products delivered and uncooperative suppliers are the typical expressions of the lack of effective management of suppliers.Generally seven steps are needed to improve the management,i.e.obtaining the basic information of suppliers,checking the basic qualification of suppliers,inspecting the production and inspection capabilities of suppliers,investigating the storage and transportation capabilities of suppliers,understanding the R&D capabilities of suppliers,identifying the operation capabilities of quality assurance systems of suppliers,and verifying the true situation of suppliers'after-sales service systems.
